Personnel Management And Leadership
• In 1993, I attended a class in the US Navy. The Chief Of Naval Operations endorsed a training system based around Dr. W. Edwards Deming concept of TQM but it was tweaked to include a centric focus on leadership becoming TQL. In studying these concepts and picking the best parts of the two, I strive to build a team environment in which the team members feel they belong, contribute, and matter to the objective(s) being accomplished.
